Helping find the way home

The New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA) has granted us access to the Coordinated Assessment and Placement System (CAPS), which is needed to submit 2010e applications for supportive housing. With this new tool, we can do everything – with the exception of psych evaluations (which can only be conducted by a mental health clinician) – here at Broadway Community.
