Case Management & Benefits Enrollment

Our team is able to meet our most vulnerable neighbors where they’re at, accompany them to appointments, and help them obtain the vital documents and benefits (like Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, and Cash Assistance) they need to get back on their feet.

We accept walk-ins on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. We can also work with people on an appointment basis. To make an appointment, please email us at info@broadwaycommunity.org

Referrals

We are proud to offer community members referrals to a wide range of resources including:

  • Shelter

  • Legal support

  • Addiction recovery

  • High school equivalency

  • English as a second language

  • SNAP enrollment

  • Medicaid enrollment

  • Workforce development programs

  • Employment opportunities

  • Haircuts

  • Clothing
