Chef – Michael Ennes

Chef with kids and food for bunChef Michael Ennes, Director of Food Services, has taught our Foodservice and Nutrition Training Awareness Project classes and managed our Four-Star Soup Kitchen and emergency food programs since 2001. Chef Ennes brings more than three decades of experience running kitchens in New York City and South Florida. His career has been marked by a dedication to sustainable food, and he has lobbied successfully for NYC soup kitchens to receive and integrate fresh produce and healthy food into their meals. Chef Ennes has specialized in opening restaurants, including Café O, Orfeo, and C’est Bon Café in New York City, as well as Café Marseilles and the Wet Paint Café in South Beach.
